Cultural and sports services, as well as institutes, may restrict their ticket and course offerings. Check the availability of services with the service provider. The Kaikukortti is always personal, and cultural and sports service providers have the right to verify the user’s identity.

Functionality of the Kaikukortti App:

You log in to the app using your personal email address. The app works like the traditional cardboard Kaikukortti, but in addition, you can see events where the Kaikukortti can be used if cultural and sports providers have published them. Not all offerings are visible. You can also view your Kaikukortti usage history and send feedback about events. The app also reminds you of upcoming events for which you have obtained tickets.

Check the general terms and conditions of use and restrictions for the Kaikukortti with the issuer, your municipality's Kaikukortti website, or the national https://kaikukortti.fi website.

• ↗Download the app if your Kaikukortti issuer has activated your user account.
